The polyether polyols used in high resilience sponge are generally EO capped. The polyether has a large activity. The diameter and size of the foam bubbles produced are mixed and distributed. The skeleton is different in thickness and has a large opening rate. When it is compressed, it will produce different supporting force and rebound force under different deformation conditions. It has super resilience and air permeability, low loss after encounter, high compression load ratio, and good flame resistance. It has good thermal aging, wet aging and dynamic fatigue.

1. From the polyol analysis, the most direct problem is the activity. If you use high activity polyether with high activity B material, it is bound to swell. For example, 330n polyether has high activity and is easy to close pores.

2. Temperature drop point, flow reduction.

3. Silicone oil. If the pre reaction is too fast and leads to gas expansion, the silicone oil can be discharged less; if the catalysis is simple, the catalyst can be properly placed to balance.

4. Opening agent. If the opening is not enough, especially the problem of grafting polyether, the closing will be severe.

5. The skin is thick and has high viscosity, and the gas inside the bubble can not be discharged. How about the gas gathering together? It can be solved by adding MC.
